Coaching Day Retreat: Love after Family Estrangement
Join me for this online coaching day retreat where we will focus on cultivating more love in our lives. We will have group discussions about how we cultivate trust and intimacy with ourselves and then others. We'll look at how we can feel and show love everyday.

About the event
This day retreat will give you the chance to really think about love in your life from multiple perspectives.
So often I hear that people who have become estranged from family really crave love, a different type of love, or become addicted to complicated patterns of love which mirror our past experiences.
The aim to love differently (and to be loved differently) is a noble one and one that is achievable for every one of us.
We will focus on:
What is love? What is dependency?
How can we really cultivate self-love? And why is it important?
How can we recognise our patterns when it comes to loving others?
Why is loving another sometimes addictive?
What does it take to conciously turn away from those patterns?
What are your love objectives going forward?
This retreat will feature both work with our minds and our bodies - particularly breathing excercises, which will help us to stay clear and process.
The day will involve rotated partner work, small group work and talks. You will hopefully come away with more of an understanding of healthy parts of love, what is drawing you to love, and some ways to re-imagine connection.
